IP Office 4.0 Softconsole
Avaya Softconsole software is a newly designed software console, for call centre staff, that builds on the features of the Avaya 302 Attendant Console. The Softconsole helps improve call centre staff productivity and customer service with the following features: search of internal and external directories, placement of caller's email address into an email application and display of detailed caller information on up to six callers simultaneously.
The Softconsole is Windows NT/2000/XP based and supports standards-based integration of applications to deliver enhanced functionality.
