Chronicall offers a revolutionary set of features designed to overcome the limitations of traditional call history and reporting software. With a thin-client web interface and no silly licensing restrictions Chronicall is simple to deploy and scale. A single inexpensive site license allows you to report on ALL of your agents, groups, trunks, and extensions with absolutely no configuration of your phone system.

Chronicall provides far more detailed, accurate, and granular reporting than the competition by connecting directly to your phone system and logging everything that happens on each call from the moment it starts to the second it ends.

Cradle to Grave

The Cradle to Grave View shows you exactly what happened to any call on your system from the moment the call hit your phone switch to the instant the call ended. You can manipulate the tabular data by sorting, searching, filtering, and reordering columns. You can also copy data directly from Chronicall into Excel and other programs for further analysis.

True Cradle to Grave reporting means that you have more than just a summary of each call; you have the exact chronology of each hold, transfer, conference, and park. With Chronicall Cradle to Grave you can expand any call to see exact details about each and every event during its progression.

Reporting

Chronicall has over 80 standard reports, charts, and graphs which show detailed information about calls, events, conferences, agents, groups, queues,and trunks. The simple and intuitive reporting interface makes it easy to run the perfect report with exactly the results you expect.

The Chronicall Report Scheduler automatically emails or prints your reports every hour, day, or week at the time you specify. Reports can be viewed or saved in many popular formats:

Thin-Client Interface

The Chronicall user interface is platform independent and runs in your favorite web browser. To use Chronicall you will need to have the Java Runtime Environment installed and running on your computer. To access Chronicall you simply navigate to the Chronicall web service from your web browser.

Pure HTTP client-server communication

Chronicall uses pure HTTP communication between each client and the Chronicall server. Chronicall can be used from any computer on your corporate network and in most cases can even be configured to work over the Internet without the need to adjust your firewall.

Tabbed Pages for efficient multitasking

Chronicall uses tabbed pages which allow you to quickly switch between tasks without having to open a separate application. As new features and modules are added to Chronicall you will be able to access them from a single familiar interface.

Chronicall has over 80 standard reports that you are free to run as you see fit. These reports show invaluable information about calls, events, conferences, agents, groups, queues,and trunks. This simple and intuitive reporting interface makes it easy to run the perfect report with exactly the results you expect. Modular Expansion

Chronicall offers additional modules that expand and enhance its already vast functionality. This approach keeps Chronicall scalable, affordable, and fresh. Custom Report Module

If none of the over 80 standard reports meet your needs, you can purchase the Custom Report Module and create your own reports with our fully functional report creating interface. There is no limit to the number of custom reports you can create or to the number of times you can run a report. The custom report creator lets you choose from a list of fields to show and helps you establish filtering criteria for your report. You can also choose any number of summary values that will appear in the footer of your report. The Custom Report Module also gives you the power to copy and edit standard reports, as well as the power to import and export reports for easy sharing. Technical Details

Chronicall is a three-tier system built on solid industry leading technologies. By default, Chronicall uses PostgreSQL, the world's most advanced open source database. Support for other databases is on the way. Chronicall benefits from all the power of Java and Apache Tomcat to serve dynamic content and provide an exceptional user experience.

Three Chronicall services are installed on a central server in your environment:

Chronicall monitors the phone switch and saves information to the database
Chronicall Web Server hosts the thin client user interface
Chronicall Database efficiently stores all of your corporate call history
